岗位职能：

1. Responsible for the allocation and task allocation of workshop employees, supervising and motivating workshop employees to complete work on time and with high quality.

2. Analyze personnel training requirements and development courses based on the qualifications and performance of workshop employees;

3. Evaluate workshop analysis, short-term control the results that reflect the actual situation of the workshop, and use the correct methods to solve problems

4. Provide assistance to technicians in their work and the use of special tools/equipment

5. Strictly supervise workshop operations according to established policies and processes, eliminate safety hazards, and ensure that workshop operations comply with safety standards

6. Maintain test vehicles to assure they are in a safe and clean operating condition. Carry out function testing, repairs and maintenance

7. Evaluate and communicate conditions effectively, as well as wear and tear characteristics of test vehicles.

8. Maintain confidentiality of all testing activities and testing results at all times.

岗位要求：

1. More than 2 years management experience in aftersales workshop or OEM company.

2. Three or more years of professional experience on vehicle maintenance and repair, familiar with all mechanical and electrical components of a vehicle.

3. Experience with electric vehicles and / or experience with vehicle testing in automotive.

4. Ideally experience with analysis, measurement and diagnostic tools

5. Good communication (spoken and written) and listening skills

6. A valid category C1 (car) driver's license and more than 3 years of active driving experience

7. Flexibility to travel and stay away from home and to work for long hours, weekends, nights if needed in order to meet schedule demand

8. Basic computer skills in the area of MS Office and windows based software
