岗位职责Job responsibility

1、开发制造行业的新客户，特别是医疗设备领域。

Call on new accounts in Manufacture industry,especially medical device.

2、识别机会，制定和执行有效的销售和市场发展策略。

Identify opportunities, develop, and execute effective sales and market development strategies.

3、定位产品并提供以客户为导向的销售渠道。

Positing products and providing customer-oriented sales pipeline.

4、通过定期回访、提供增值服务等方式，巩固现有客户关系，提升客户满意度。

By conducting regular follow-ups and providing additional services, we aim to strengthen the existing customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

5、通过网站、贸易展览和推荐的途径开发新客户群体。

Develop new customer groups through websites,trade exhibitions and recommended channels.

6、负责完成既定的销售指标，达到或超过既定的销售目标。

Responsible for the delivery of a revenue quota, meet or exceed the agreed sales targets.

7、负责项目的全生命周期管理（从立项到量产交付），指定项目计划（APQP/PPAP流程），监控项目进度并确保项目按时、保质完成目标。

Responsible for the full life cycle management of the project (from project initiation to mass production delivery), specifying the project plan (APQP/PPAP process), monitoring the project progress and ensuring that the project is completed on time and with quality as per the requirements.

8、定期分析和报告市场信息，并对价格、竞争对手和趋势进行反馈。

Do regularly analysis and report through Market
information reach out and feedback on prices, competitors, and trends.

9、领导安排的其他工作。

Other tasks assigned by the leader.

任职要求Job
Requirements:

1、大专及以上学历，理工科相关专业，有项目管理经验优先。

Bachelor's degree or above, major in science or engineering, with project management experience preferred.

2、5年以上销售及市场工作经验，熟悉医疗OEM市场，有一定客户资源，具有一定的塑料产品设计及生产制造相关知识。

More than 10 years of sales & marketing experience, familiar with medical OEM market, have certain customer resources,have certain knowledge of plastic parts design & manufacturing.

3、有医疗器械销零部件售经验，特别是有直接销售产品至医疗器械制造公司经验者。

Experience in selling parts and components of medical devices, especially experience in selling products directly to medical device manufacturing companies.

4、良好的英语听说读写能力。

Good speaking, listen and written in both English.

5、具有较强的人际交往能力

Possess strong people skills

6、必要时愿意出差。

Willing to travel as necessary.
