岗位职责Duties/Responsibilities
1、按照客户要求和项目进度独立完成模具方案设计
Completed mold design according to customers’ requests and project schedule Independently
2、与客户沟通零件技术要求和确认模具方案的可行性，并提供修改意见
Communicated with customers on the technical requirements of parts and confirmed the feasibility of the mold scheme and provide suggestions for modification
3、负责新产品的模具结构设计
Responsible for new product mold design
4、负责供应商模具方案的确认和提出改进建议
Responsible for confirming the supplier's mold scheme and proposing improvement suggestions
5、负责模具和塑料粒子材料选型、DFM、模流分析及提出改进建议
Responsible for mold and plastic particle material selection, DFM, mold flow analysis and put forward improvement suggestions
6、零件外协过程中的技术沟通和问题解决
Technical communication and problem-solving during parts outsourcing
7、提供技术支持，协助解决产品异常处理
Provide technical support and assist in resolving product exception handling
8、负责模具件2D、BOM等技术文件的编制、变更与维护
Responsible for the preparation, change and maintenance of mold 2D, BOM
9、负责模具台账建立和维护
Responsible for mold ledger establishment and maintenance
10、专利申请
Patent application
11、 协助新品试制
Assist in production of new products
12、经理分配的其它工作
Other tasks assigned by the manager
任职要求Education/Special Skill Requirements
1、模具或机械等类专科及以上学历，10年及以上的模具设计工作经验
College degree or above in mold or machinery, etc, 10 years or above working experience in design
2、 必须熟悉UG、PRO/E、Solidworks、CATIA等三维软件其中的任一种，熟悉Autocad或Caxa
Must be familiar with any of UG, Pro /E, Solidworks, CATIA and other 3D software and AutoCAD or CAXA
3、必须熟悉塑料模具设计
Must be familiar with mold design of plastic
4、熟悉齿轮模具设计优先考虑
Familiar with gear mold design is preferred
6、熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系和五大工具优先考虑
Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system and five tools is preferred
7、具备模流分析能力优先考虑
Capability of mold flow analysis is preferred
8、有较强的工作规划和良好沟通协调能力
Have strong work planning and good communication and coordination skills
9、良好的团队合作精神
Good team work spirit
10、良好的英文阅读和书写能力，基本的听力能力
Good English reading and writing ability, basic listening ability
