KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
01 Plan and conduct potential supplier analysis for supplier release and the regular process audit according to VDA 6.3, including monitoring of the measure’s realization
01 Review and approve supplier PPAP for new component release and the engineering changes
01 Conduct supplier evaluation and classification regularly, initiate improvement/action programs and monitor the realization
01 Communicate with supplier for any supplier quality issue and drive continuous improvement actions with suppliers
01 Solve problems in line with cross function team, be supportive and cooperative to other team members
01 Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time

任职要求:
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
01 Bachelor or above degree with engineering background
01 3-5 years’ working experience in automotive industry, at least 2 years’ quality management experience and more than 3 years’ working experience of supplier quality management in multinational company is preferred
01 Familiar with 5 core quality tools and VDA6.3
01 VDA6.3 certified and six sigma belt certified are plus and preferred
01 Logic thinking, target approaching, can work under pressure
01good ability to cooperate with cross-function team
01 Quality related experience in passenger car industry is preferred
01 Willing to travel (over 25% working time)

4.0 所需的教育、经验、知识和技能
本科及以上学历，具有工程背景
3-5 年汽车行业工作经验，至少 2 年质量管理经验和 3 年以上跨国公司供应商质量管理工作经验者优先
熟悉 5 个核心质量工具和 VDA6.3
VDA6.3 认证和六西格玛皮带认证是 plus 和首选
逻辑思维，目标接近，能承受压力
具有良好的跨职能团队合作能力
有乘用车行业质量相关经验者优先
愿意出差（超过 25% 的工作时间）
