岗位职责:

3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ÿ Plan and conduct potential supplier analysis for supplier release and the regular process audit according to VDA 6.3, including monitoring of the measure’s realization

Ÿ Review and approve supplier PPAP for new component release and the engineering changes

Ÿ Conduct supplier evaluation and classification regularly, initiate improvement/action programs and monitor the realization

Ÿ Communicate with supplier for any supplier quality issue and drive continuous improvement actions with suppliers

Ÿ Solve problems in line with cross function team, be supportive and cooperative to other team members

Ÿ Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time

任职要求:

4.0 REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Ÿ Bachelor or above degree with engineering background

Ÿ 3-5 years’ working experience in automotive industry, at least 2 years’ quality management experience and more than 3 years’ working experience of supplier quality management in multinational company is preferred

Ÿ Familiar with 5 core quality tools and VDA6.3

Ÿ VDA6.3 certified and six sigma belt certified are plus and preferred

Ÿ Logic thinking, target approaching, can work under pressure

Ÿgood ability to cooperate with cross-function team

Ÿ Quality related experience in passenger car industry is preferred

Ÿ Willing to travel (over 25% working time)

4.0 所需的教育、经验、知识和技能

本科及以上学历，具有工程背景

3-5 年汽车行业工作经验，至少 2 年质量管理经验和 3 年以上跨国公司供应商质量管理工作经验者优先

熟悉 5 个核心质量工具和 VDA6.3

VDA6.3 认证和六西格玛皮带认证是 plus 和首选

逻辑思维，目标接近，能承受压力

具有良好的跨职能团队合作能力

有乘用车行业质量相关经验者优先

愿意出差（超过 25% 的工作时间）
