岗位职责:

2.0JOB SUMMARY

ŸBe responsible for new product introduction to ensure the launch of product, including technical feasibility, readiness of technical file and the industrialization proposal.

3.0KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ŸConduct design review of product technical concept and Confirm product BOM and process in sample phase

ŸTake part in the new product design and development by making the samples and feedback the manufacturing vision on the design concept

ŸManage the prototype team throughout the whole new product launch period and the forming tool’s production

ŸResearch new process and new technology during new product launch (process improvement, equipment etc.)and building the knowhow in samples phase

ŸSupport cost calculation of the samples/products process

ŸSupport to development of line concept

ŸTake on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time

任职要求:

4.0REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

ŸBachelor degree or above with major of Industrial Engineering or Electronic/Mechanical Engineering

ŸMore than 3 Years’ working experience in Automotive Industry

ŸAbility to complete task with minimal supervision

ŸGood command of bi-lingual(English and Chinese)

ŸFamiliar with QS tools such as work instruction, control plan, FMEA, PFD etc.
