Main tasks
International Exhibition Planning and Execution Management:
1. Based on the business strategy and target market of the International
Business Division, search for suitable target international exhibitions and
optimize the allocation of exhibition budgets;
2. Responsible for end-to-end management of exhibitions, including but not
limited to: pre collection of international exhibition information, booking,
contract negotiation, proposal of booth design concepts and coordination
with suppliers, logistics planning and transportation coordination of exhibits
(international freight, customs clearance), supervision of material preparation
and construction plans, visa planning and processing of exhibitors, planning
of on-site event plans, etc.
International Social Media Operations:
1. Content Strategy and Creation: Responsible for developing and implementing social media content strategies for target audiences (such as Linkedin platform), independently or coordinating teams to create, edit, translate, and proofread high-quality original content,ensuring that the content conforms to brand tone, has strong cultural adaptability, and can drive high interaction.
2. Daily operation and interaction: Responsible for publishing maintenance, interaction and other activities to maintain the activity of the platform and media.
3. Data analysis and optimization: Regularly monitor key indicators of social media platforms, collaborate with external supply teams, optimize content strategies and operational methods, and report regularly;
4. Other: Explore opportunities for international media cooperation and
expand the influence of international brands.
International visual content planning and photographing management:
1. Plan photograph plans based on promotional needs;
2. Responsible for coordinating and managing the entire process of filming
projects, ensuring accurate presentation of creative direction and brand
requirements, and efficiently solving problems
3. Coordinate post production to ensure timely delivery of high-quality and
compliant image and video materials, and establish a material management
system
4. Responsible for budget formulation for filming projects
Collaboration and Communication:
1. Maintain efficient communication with regional sales and product teams to
ensure that requirements are fully understood and supported for
implementation
2. Regularly report to department leaders on the progress, budget utilization,
and achievements of international operational projects
3. Finish other assigned related work by Department Director
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing,
international trade, visual media, or related fields
2. Experience in international market operations, marketing event
management, or related fields, with at least 3 years of in-depth participation
in the planning and execution management of large-scale international
exhibitions (especially in Europe and America)
3. Rich experience in planning, production, logistics and distribution of
international market materials (printed materials, digital materials, gifts,
samples)
4. Strong visual aesthetic and content creation abilities, familiar with image
and video production processes, with overseas perspectives;
5. Strong ability of process optimization and cost control,pay attention to
details and pursue excellence;
6. Strong implementation ability and skills to solve problems independently;
Strong ability to work under pressure and dare to accept new challenges
7. Good professional ethics, integrity and loyalty, with a high sense of
dedication and responsibility
8. Languages: Excellent written English proficiency is required, with
additional advantages in minor languages
