主要职责：

1. 根据客户需求开发并优化母粒产品的颜色配方
Develop and optimize color formulations for masterbatch products based on customer specifications.
2. 进行颜色匹配与测试，确保颜色准确性与一致性
Conduct color matching and testing to ensure consistency and accuracy.
3. 与生产团队协作，实施新配方并解决颜色相关问题
Collaborate with production teams to implement new formulations and troubleshoot any color-related issues.
4. 维护颜色配方及测试结果的资料库，便于参考与持续改进
Maintain a database of color formulations and test results for reference and continuous improvement.
5. 为销售与市场团队提供技术支持，解答客户咨询并协助产品展示
Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams for customer inquiries and presentations.
6.关注行业趋势与竞争对手产品，识别创新机会
Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
7.参与研发项目，开发新颜色配方并优化现有配方
Participate in R&D projects to develop new color formulations and improve existing ones.
8.确保颜色配方符合相关法规标准
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for colorants and additives.
9. 培训并指导初级员工掌握配色技术与最佳实践
Train and mentor junior staff on color matching techniques and best practices.

岗位要求：

1.化学工程、材料科学或相关专业本科及以上学历
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Materials Science or related field.
2.至少3年母粒或相关行业经验，具备颜色配方与开发经验
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in masterbatch or related industries, with a focus on color formulation and development.

Proficiency in color matching software and tools (e.g., Color Match, Spectrophotometers).

4. 深入了解母粒生产工艺及着色剂化学知识

5. 熟悉与着色剂及添加剂相关的行业标准与法规（如 REACH、FDA）

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to colorants and additives (e.g., REACH, FDA).

6.具备数据分析能力，能精准调整配方

Ability to analyze color data and make precise adjustments to formulations.

7.具备良好的书面与口头沟通能力，能与内外部人员高效协作

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
