New product or components design(3D and 2D) according to customer requirement , or product improvement;

Send request to engineer to launch all the tests for new design confirmation for performance or reliability;

向工程师发出测试请求，以确认新设计的性能或可靠性;

Cooperate and keep good communications with the other R&D center for technical issue support.

与其他研发中心保持良好的沟通，以提供技术支持。

Competitor analyze and finalize the professional reports;

分析竞争对手相关信息并完成专业报告;

Follow the standard evolution of application and compressor;

遵循应用程序和压缩机的标准的更新迭代;

Finalize report of all the job, deeply analyze and combine with test result if there is;

完成所有工作报告，结合测试结果深入分析;

Supporting other departments on technical issues;

支持其他部门相关技术问题;

Supporting other R&D center on technical issues and projects

支持其他研发中心的技术问题和相关项目

Support customer basing on sales and after sales people need.

支持销售和售后人员的客户需求。

Cooperate with other department, production, quality, and SCM to proceed according to procedure;

与生产部门、质量部门、供应链管理部门和其他部门保持友好的合作，按照流程进行工作;

Make periodical report and finalize project report after finished。

完成不定期报告及项目报告。

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in mechanic , HVAC , compressors or related

机械，暖通空调，制冷系统，压缩机相关的专业本科及本科以上学历

5 years of working experience in HVAC, compressors or related industrial enterprise with at least 3 years product design experience in R&D center;

5年相关领域工作经验，至少3年产品设计经验

Basic knowledge of Refrigeration, HVAC, Compressors of reciprocate, screw or scroll respectively,

具备制冷、暖通、压缩机、螺杆或者涡旋式压缩机基础知识，

knowledge of mechanic, foundry, machining, material and other area which related with compressors;

具备压缩机机械、铸造、机械加工、材料等相关知识;

Knowledge of product development procedure;

熟悉产品开发流程;

Skill with capability of drawings, Catia, UG, or ProE;

熟练掌握制图、Catia、UG或ProE;

Proficiency in written and Spoken English

熟练掌握英语书面和口语
