Key Job Responsibilities

您将负责
You are responsible for

•协助德国总部为艾柯夫设备在中国办理煤矿安全标志证明
Assisting the German headquarter in obtaining the coal mine safety marking certificate for the Eickhoff equipment in China

•与北京安标中心及上海检验中心人员建立长期，良好的关系。
Establish long-term cooperation with Beijing Safety Standard Center and Shanghai Inspection Center.

•按时向销售负责人及销售总监汇报安标办理情况
Timely reporting of customer requirements, comments and suggestions to sales leader and sales directors

•协助翻译设备故障报告，与德国总部服务部门及中国现场服务团队联系，协调故障处理及备件索赔问题。
Assist in the translation of equipment failure reports, liaise with the service department in Germany and the Chinese field service team to coordinate troubleshooting and spare parts claims.

任职要求：your Qualifications/Requirements

•本科以上学历，电气工程专业优先
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering is preferred

•拥有售后服务工作经验或煤矿安全标识办理经验者优先
Experience in after-sales service or inapplicationof coal mine safety certificates is preferred

•文字处理能力较强，工作细致认真，有良好责任心和敬业精神
Strong word processing skills, careful and conscientious work, good sense of responsibility and professionalism

•有很强的沟通意愿和团队精神
high willingness to communicate and team spirit

•较强英文或德文听说读写能力.能够与德国同事用英语或德语进行无障碍的交流
Strongability to read, write and speak English or/and German, Ability to communicate fluently with German colleagues in English or German
