1、Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with over 3 years of relevant experience;
2、Strong English proficiency required for workplace communication,0ther languages such as Japanese,Thai,German or Spanish are a plus;
3、Possess strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving abilities;
4、Proactive in work, with strong learning ability and resilience, and passionate about manufacturing and multinational work.
PS: Training Path - 2 years of training in Chinese factories - then stationed in factories in various countries.
Job Responsibilities:
1、Mold Design & Development.
1.1、Design injection/ stamping molds based on product drawings and process requirements.
1.2、Determine mold structure types (e.g., two-plate/three-plate injection molds, progressive dies).
2、3D Modeling & Technical Drawing.
2.1、Create 3D models using SolidWorks/UG/CATIA with GD&T standards.
2.2、Specify tolerance fits and machining requirements in engineering drawings.
3、Process Optimization.
3.1、Analyze product manufacturability and optimize parting lines/gating systems.
3.2、Evaluate material properties (plastic shrinkage/metal formability) impact on molding.
4、Project Management.
4.1、Develop mold BOMs, cost estimations, and supplier evaluations.
4.2、Monitor manufacturing progress and resolve trial-run issues.
5、Standardization.
5.1、Establish design specifications and standard component libraries.
5.2、Develop CAE-assisted workflows (mold flow/stress analysis).
6、Production Support.
6.1、Troubleshoot assembly/trial production issues.
6.2、Propose mold modification/repair solutions for defects (flash/sink marks).
7、Technical Collaboration.
7.1、Conduct operator training for mold maintenance.
7.2、Provide technical support for quality defect resolution.
