1、Master’s in EE/ME/Engineering or Bachelor’s with > 5 years of experience；
2、Strong English proficiency required for workplace communication,0ther languages such as Japanese,Thai,German or Spanish are a plus；
3、Possess strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving capabilities;
4、Proactive in work, with strong learning ability and resilience, and passionate about manufacturing and multinational work.
PS: Training Path - 2 years of training in Chinese factories - then stationed in factories in various countries.

Job Responsibilities:

1、Production Planning & Process Optimization.
1.1、Develop and execute production schedules to meet delivery targets.
1.2、Implement continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization.
2、Material & Cost Control.
2.1、Monitor inventory levels and material flow.
2.2、Analyze production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
3、Quality Management & Standardization.
3.1、Establish and maintain quality control procedures.
3.2、Develop and enforce standardized work instructions.
4、Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration.
4.1、Manage production team performance and development.
4.2、Coordinate with engineering, procurement and other departments
5、Performance Management.
5.1、Track and report key production metrics (OEE, productivity, etc.)、
