1、Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with over 3 years of relevant experience；
2、Strong English proficiency required for workplace communication,0ther languages such as Japanese,Thai,German or Spanish are a plus；
3、Possess strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving abilities;
4、Proactive in work, with strong learning ability and resilience, and passionate about manufacturing and multinational work.
PS: Training Path - 2 years of training in Chinese factories - then stationed in factories in various countries.

2、Oversee shop-floor operations and process optimization to enhance productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
3、Implement quality control and safety management to maintain product standards and a hazard-free workplace.
4、Manage production costs and workforce performance to optimize efficiency and meet operational targets.
