工作职责

1. Develop the project safety plan according to company safety management manual and project situation to meet ZERO accident target.

根据公司安全管理章程及项目特点制定项目的安全管理计划以达到零事故的目标。

2. Participate proactively in, or lead, risk assessment and job safety analysis during construction.

积极主动的参与并领导施工过程中安全风险评估。

3. Monitor and prioritize site safety issues and elevate high risks to contractor project management for immediate attention and action.

督查现场的安全隐患并对高风险隐患要优先上报管理层及时采取纠正措施。

4. Conduct daily field safety inspection, audits, and official joint inspections to

monitor contractors work practices.

要实现每日现场安全巡检及需要的联合检查来监督现场的施工工作。

5. Prepare and organize weekly project safety review meetings and verify that meeting minutes are complete and that actions are being tracked.

负责组织每周的安全会议，并确定安全会议上讨论的问题得到及时落实及整改完成。

6. Approve work permit when required.

如果需要，批准一些工作许可证。

7. Build constructive relationships and work closely with contractor safety

representatives.

和施工单位的安全负责人建立好合作的建设性的合作关系

8. Verify that safety orientation is provided to people who work onsite.

确保安全培训落实到现场每一位施工工人。

9. Monitor contractor routine toolbox safety meeting(s) and safety training for both content and effectiveness.

督促落实施工单位的每日工具箱会议及安全培训工作到位有效。

10. Conduct investigation of near misses and incidents, analyze root causes, and follow up with corrective actions.

对现场的未遂事故，及事故要做调查报告，分析根本原因并落实整改措施。

11. Perform hazardous materials management onsite.

落实现场危险物的管理措施。

12. Verify that a local emergency plan and preparedness are developed and maintained effectively with regular reviews.

制定现场应急计划并定期检查演练。

Job Requirements 岗位要求

1.Colleague Degree or above in relevant field;

相关专业专科或以上学历

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in EHS field

五年以上在安全工程领域的工作经验

3. Be familiar with national and international EHS standards and regulations

熟悉国内及外资企业的安全要求和规范

4. With foreign invested project safety management experience

有外资项目安全管理经验优先
