We're looking for a B2C Business Head who will be responsible for full P&L of retailing business. Taking full responsibility of retail business operation, including offline store sales, offline channel development and online E-Commerce business. Leading and managing retailing team, strengthening cross-functional communication and cooperation. Facilitating

improvement with R&D\quality\purchasing and PM functions.

Job Scope:

Section 1: Sales – 50% Capacity

1. To defining retailing short term and long term development strategy, including offline and online business.

2. To achieve annual retailing sales revenue\gross margin\and market share of offline\online business.

3. To refresh annual retailing policy, dealers’ target allocation.

4. To develop offline dealers’ channel, store planning and set up store assessment mechanism.

5. Retailing showroom standard definition and offline/online promotion campaigns’ planning and implementation.

6. To maintain cooperation with construction material mall and other commercial channels.

7. To control marketing ROI, including marketing budget, branding\publicity expansion.

8. To cooperate with related functions for retailing products’ strategy\portfolio and roadmap and to release pricing system.

9. To collect competitors’ information and market trends, making competition strategy.

10. To manage credit\ AR\Overdue\Collection for dealers.

Section 2: Team Management – 50% Capacity

1. Retailing team recruitment, integration and building up.

2. Sales target setting, regular tracking, and annual appraisal.

3. To build high efficiency team, motivating team members.

4. To facilitate crossing-function cooperation and communication.

5. To support employees’ individual development in line with business development and personal requests.

5.Experience in Sales and Channel Management is mandatory and product \R&D\project management experience is appreciated
