岗位职责:
1、根据部门年度经营计划及各阶段工作目标方向,统筹资源配置,带领团队成员高效拓展海外市场,完成季度及年度销售任务;
2、负责团队销售人员的日常行动、销售漏斗管理,并对其销售工作的时间进度、成本、质量等进行管控,参与人才梯队建设,打造一支有战斗力的外贸销售队伍;
3、调研目标市场,搜集主要竞争对手动态信息,并及时向上反馈,为公司制定相应的销售策略提供参考依据;
4、海外业务渠道拓展及运营管理,协助合作商对重点项目客户的转化工作,并定期对合作商进行产品知识、销售政策、商业谈判、客诉处理等的培训赋能;
5、协助策划并参与目标市场线下推广活动,包括展览、论坛、讲座、专题研讨会、学术年会等,进行产品推广及品牌宣传;
6、完成副总交办的临时性工作任务。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,英语、电子信息工程、国贸等相关专业优先,英语听说读写能力较强;
2、8年以上外贸销售经验,其中至少3年团队管理经验,有电子元器件行业工作背景者优先考虑,擅长海外代理商开发及运营管理,熟悉欧美市场及当地贸易政策合规实务;
3、熟悉海外大客户开发流程,具备一定层面的商务沟通及商务关系建立经验,善于察言观色;
4、具备较强的系统性思维、沟通协调能力、学习能力和团队协作能力,责任心、目标感、执行力强。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead overseas market expansion by aligning resources with departmental annual plans to achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.
2. Manage daily sales activities, pipeline oversight, and team performance metrics. Contribute to talent development for a high-performing global sales team.
3. Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Drive channel partner growth, support critical client conversions, and deliver partner training programs (product knowledge, sales policies, negotiation tactics, complaint resolution).
5. Spearhead international marketing initiatives including trade shows, technical seminars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
6. Execute ad-hoc assignments from VP as required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (preferred majors: English, Electronic Engineering, International Economics and Trade). Business-fluent English proficiency.
2. 8+ years in international sales with 3+ years team leadership. Electronics components industry experience preferred. Expertise in EU/US markets, trade compliance practices, and agent network development.
3. Proven success in enterprise-level client acquisition and senior stakeholder engagement.
4. Strategic thinker with strong cross-functional coordination, rapid learning agility, and collaborative spirit. Results-driven with exceptional execution capabilities.
