PURPOSE AND TARGET 职位目标概要：
The Financial Director will have overall responsibility for the strategic and operational aspects of financial affairs of the Joint Venture (JV). He/She will supervise the accounting / finance and also providing best in class operational management support to the General Manager of JV.
财务总监将全面负责合资企业（JV）财务事务的战略和运营方面。他/她将监督会计/财务工作，并为合资企业总经理提供一流的运营管理支持。
MAJOR DUTIES 主要职责
• Direct and oversee all aspect of the Finance & Accounting functions of the JV, including setting up, maintenance and improvement of financial and management accounting, internal control, fiscal and management reporting, audit procedures, tax and treasury processes in JV.
指导并监督合资企业财务与会计职能的所有方面，包括设立、维护和改进财务和管理会计、内部控制、财政和管理报告、审计程序、税务和财务流程。
• Ensure the effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with the JV accounting policy according to the shareholder agreement, IFRS corporate reporting requirements and adhering to tight time schedules as agreed by the Shareholders of the JV is firmly implemented
• Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
确保有效的内部控制到位，并根据股东协议、IFRS公司报告要求，严格遵守合资企业会计政策，并严格遵守合资企业股东同意的严格时间表 在持续评估短期和长期战略财务目标的开发中提供领导。
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities. Manage processes for financial reports, forecasting, operational and capital expenditure budgets as well as future consolidation if necessary.

• Manages the working capital, cash flow, FX risks and related treasury activities.

• Partner with the management of business unit on all operational and strategic issues; provide strategic recommendations on financial analysis, etc.

• Oversee the financial safety, risk of JV, and safeguard company assets with focus on overdue accounts receivables, obsolete inventory and etc.

• Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials; prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements

• Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
参与规划和政策制定委员会。
• Ensure effective use and enhancement of ERP and financial systems; promote automation and reporting efficiency.

• Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, sales, and operations teams to provide financial insights on pricing, contracts, investments, and projects.

• Build and develop a local finance team; define roles and training plans to foster a high-performance culture.

• Other tasks assigned by CFO and JV management.

COMPETENCE 任职资格
• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting
拥有学士学位或以上，主修财务、会计
• Familiar with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
熟悉IFRS（国际财务报告准则）
• Good spoken and written English
英语口语和书写能力流利
• Minimum 10 years of overall financial experience in MNC, at least 6 years of overall management experience in financial department
至少有10年跨国公司全盘财务经验，至少6年财务部门管理经验
• Experience in manufacturing industry or similar prefer experience in JV environment. The company sales volume size with more than 200 million is advantage.
制造业或类似行业的经验更倾向于合资企业的经验。过往工作过的公司销售量最好超过2亿。
• Experience in ERP system e.g. Kingdee or SAP
有ERP系统的经验，例如Kingdee或SAP的应用
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA) are a strong advantage.
专业证书（CPA、ACCA）是非常好的优势。
• Ability to design systems and optimize processes; willing to work in Baoding and travel as needed.
具备系统设计和流程优化的能力;愿意在保定工作，必要时需要出差。
• Familiar skills with office software
