· Production Management
生产运营管理
a. Develop annual/quarterly strategic objectives and make them into actionable production plans to ensure industry-leading performance in capacity, delivery cycles, yield rates, and other core metrics.
制定年度/季度战略目标并分解为可执行生产计划，确保产能、交付周期、良品率等核心指标保持行业领先水平
b. Leading production process optimization, implement Lean Manufacturing, and other tools to reduce non-value-added waste and improve efficiency by ≥20%.
主导生产工艺优化，推进精益生产等先进方法实施，降低非增值浪费，实现生产效率提升≥20%
c. Monitor real-time production data (output, Takt Time, OEE, etc.), establish early warning systems, and resolve exceptions promptly
实时监控生产数据（产量、节拍时间、设备综合效率OEE等），建立异常预警机制并快速响应
· Quality Control
质量管理
a. Implement a workshop-level Total Quality Management (TQM) system to ensure compliance with customer specifications and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949.

b. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical quality incidents, drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and maintain customer complaint rates ≤0.5%.

c. Promoting proactive quality in daily operations.

· Equipment & Cost Management
设备与成本管控
a. Plan and coordinate equipment maintenance/repairs to minimize leadtime.

b. Monitor material, consumable, and energy usage to control production costs.
监控物料/耗材/能源使用效率，实施生产成本动态管控
c. Propose technical improvements for cost reduction and efficiency gains.

· Safety Compliance

a. Enforce safety protocols, conduct training, and eliminate workplace hazards.

Qualification职位要求
• 机械工程、材料科学、工业工程等相关专业本科及以上学历
• 10年以上铸造行业从业经验，其中5年以上车间全面管理经验
• 熟练运用ERP/MES系统进行智能化生产排程
• 熟悉ISO质量管理体系及5S现场管理法
• 具备AutoCAD高阶应用能力及生产数据分析工具实操经验
• 熟读机械图纸
• 熟悉自硬化树脂砂造型工艺
• 熟悉树脂砂模具设计
• 熟悉马氏体不锈钢和高铬铸铁铸造工艺
• 熟悉中频炉熔炼工艺
• 熟悉树脂砂铸造厂的主要设备，比如混砂机，砂再生系统，中频炉等
• 熟悉树脂铸造需要用到的主辅料
• 商务英语流利
