职位描述

Position Summary职责概要:

· Having knowledge of the M&M market, incl. Potash, Coal & Lithium.

· Develop M&M market to increase Andritz’s market share.

· Introduce and promote Separation Equipment to M&M market and Engineering Firms

· Ensure the brand awareness of Andritz in the Industry

· Develop and implement the strategy in cooperation with global Industry Director

· Key account management

· Develop and maintain relation with stake holders of M&M projects, e.g. End User, Contractors, Engineering Design Institutes, Distributors and Agents.

· Identify and create opportunities and get orders by selling separation equipment.

· Support Proposal Team to work out technical proposals.

· Maintain CRM information and keep it up to date.

· Identify and map business strengths and customer needs

· In depth knowledge about the Mining Industry in China with a solid network.

· Deep knowledge about solid/liquid separation processes in M&M.

· Ability to coordinate and to manage very experienced sales team.

· Ability to communicate/interact at all organisation levels (external/internal).

· Good negotiation skills

· Act as real team player

· Willingness to travel

· Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant industry, working for or with major mining companies and/or major design institutes and EPC’s successful in this industry and experience in sales and leading and managing a team

· Experience working in international teams

· Very good command of spoken and written English




Qualification职位要求

· Bachelor degree or higher with major with industrial process and/or mechanical background.

· More than 10 years of experience in Sales in the M&M industry for solid/liquid separation solutions.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant industry, working for or with major mining companies and/or major design institutes and EPC’s successful in this industry and experience in sales and leading and managing a team

· In depth knowledge about the Mining Industry in China with a solid network.

· Deep knowledge about solid/liquid separation processes in M&M.

· Ability to communicate/interact at all organisation levels (external/internal).

· Willingness to travel

· Good negotiation skills

· Good skills with Microsoft office.

· Fluent in English, very good reading, writing, speaking and understanding.

· Excellent communication skills with customers.

· Self-driven and pro-active personality.

· Solution orientated.

· Managerial skills
