Objectives of the Job:
Be responsible for IP very quickly data design and product development.
Plastic part’s tooling, manufacture, assembly feasibility study and make proposals according to customer’s requirements.
Prepare the document for meeting and communication with customer. Can quickly find the benchmark resource to support the design
Main Duties:
1. Component 3d/2d and master sections quickly design and check. 3D data with parameterization, mold direction, sliders and parting line definitions
2. Provide the Engineer& styling feasibility check report and feedback proposal .
3. Check and track the open issue list
4. Other support needed by department and project.
5. Can accepted 3~10 months on-site support.
Qualification:
1. Good experience of plastic part’s different produce process and tooling knowledge of Interior systems (IP,CC , DP air duct design, IP need have at lease 3 project’s hidden air vent design experience ) and support the CFD work, 5+ years preferred. Have VW project work experience is prior. Can speak English.
2. Familiar with the complete vehicle developments and IP product process.
3. Proficient in CATIA V5 and able to use KVS data manager software.
4. Ability to be self starter, seeking help as needed.
5. Good communication at English read, write and can general speak.
6. Open mind and teamwork with people from different cultures.
7. Very quickly 3d and 2D data building and analysis capability.
8. Have VW project work experience is prior.
9. Can accept over work according the project requirement.
