Overall responsibilities and duties总体职责任务:
● Timely maintenance work for on-site equipment and production line failures 对现场设备和产线故障及时维修工作
● Develop maintenance plans, coordinate maintenance and repair work 制定维护计划，协调保养和维修工作
● Collaborate with spare parts engineers to manage spare parts, determine and initiate spare parts procurement to ensure rapid recovery of equipment and production lines
配合备件工程师进行备件管理，确定并启动备件采购，以确保设备和产线的快速恢复
● Cooperate with the project department to guide the restructuring, renovation, and maintenance of the production line
配合项目部门指导生产线的重组、改造和维护工作
● Develop TPM maintenance work 制定TPM维护工作
● Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment by project and process departments
支持项目和工艺部门对新设备的安装调试工作
● Analyze the key and frequent faults of the equipment production line, and develop improvement, optimization, and tracking work
对设备产线重点和频发的故障进行分析，并制定改进、优化和跟踪工作
Skills and competencies
o Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Control or related fields
本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化控制相关专业
● Good Excel and PowerPoint skill is required具备良好的Excel和PowerPoint技能
● Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing 熟练的英语听说读写
o Internship experience in the automotive parts industry is preferred有汽车零部件行业实习工作经验者优先
