The main missions of the role are:
o Develop assembly processes and equipment based on lamp design
根据新项目灯具设计进行装配工艺及设备的开发
o Lead DFA (Design For Assembly） activities to reduce or eliminate potential risks to assembly caused by design
通过DFA 活动优化产品设计以减低或消除因设计给装配带来的潜在风险
o Lead the preparation of FMEA and be responsible for proposing and implementing corresponding optimization plans
主导过程FMEA 的编制, 并并负责相应的优化方案提出和落实
o Develop technical requirements for new assembly lines that meet the relevant KPIs established during the quotation phase
编制新装配线的技术要求，需满足报价阶段制定的相关KPI
o Follow up and ensure timely manufacturing of assembly lines and equipment based on the timeline of the (new) project
根据新项目的时间节点来跟进和保证装配线及设备的及时制造
o Lead the technical evaluation/review of new assembly lines or equipment
主导新装配线或设备方案的技术评估
o Verify equipment capabilities and approve assembly lines according to project milestones
按照项目节点进行设备能力的验证及装配线认可
Skills and competencies
● Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or Mechatronics 本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气自动化、机电一体化专业
● Good Excel and PowerPoint skill is required具备良好的Excel和PowerPoint技能
● Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
