1.精益实施与流程优化
o Lead lean initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Value Stream Mapping) to streamline workflows, reduce lead times, and improve quality.
主导精益项目（如5S、Kaizen、快速换模SMED、价值流图VSM），简化工作流程，缩短生产周期，提升质量。
o Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, overproduction, and non-value-added activities.
分析生产数据，识别瓶颈、过度生产及非增值活动。
o Design and implement standardized work procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
设计并推行标准化作业程序，确保流程一致性与高效性。
2. 浪费削减与成本节约
o Target the 7 wastes (Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Overprocessing, Defects) to minimize operational costs.
针对七大浪费（运输、库存、动作、等待、过度生产、过度加工、缺陷）降低运营成本。
o Collaborate with teams to reduce scrap, rework, and downtime through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
协同团队通过根本原因分析减少报废、返工及停机时间。
o Track and report cost savings and efficiency gains from lean projects.跟踪并汇报精益项目带来的成本节约与效率提升。
3. 持续改进文化推动
o Train and coach employees on lean tools and methodologies (e.g., PDCA, A3 Problem Solving, Kanban).
培训并指导员工掌握精益工具与方法（如PDCA循环、A3问题解决法、看板管理）。
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee suggestions and recognizing contributions.
通过鼓励员工建议与成 果认可，营造持续改进文化。
o Lead cross-functional Kaizen events to address specific pain points. 主导跨部门Kaizen活动解决特定痛点。
4. 项目管理与数据分析
o Plan and execute lean projects with clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs. 规划并执行精益项目，明确目标、时间表及关键绩效指标（KPI）。
o Use data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab) to analyze performance metrics and present findings. 使用数据可视化工具（如Excel、Power BI、Minitab）分析绩效指标并呈现结果。
o Document processes and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). 记录流程并更新标准作业程序（SOP）。
5. 跨部门协作与利益相关者管理
o Partner with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to align lean goals with business objectives.
与生产、工程、质量及供应链团队协作，确保精益目标与业务战略一致。
o Communicate progress and challenges to leadership through regular reports and presentations.
通过定期报告与演示向管理层汇报进展与挑战。
o Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during process changes.

Skills and competencies
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
学历要求: 工业工程、机械工程、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
