l 负责对所装配的型腔及零部件的检查，确保模具装配正确；
Responsible for checking assembled cavity and parts, ensure tooling is assembled in a right way.
l 负责模具试模的跟踪，并及时的对模具进行优化，解决模具存在的问题；
Responsible for tracking tooling try out, optimizing tooling in time, solve the tooling issue.
l 确保模具按期完成
Ensure complete tooling try out on time.
l 负责对日常使用的生产工具进行维护保养，；
Responsible for maintain daily production tools, measurement equipment, responsible for maintain the die spotting machine.
l 认真填写工作量统计表、设备点检卡、工时记录；
Seriously fill in workload statistical table, equipment spot checking card, process card and timing record.
l 生产过程中出现的质量问题，及时向组长汇报；
Report quality issue happens in production to team leader on time.
l 负责模具异常的上报并过程跟踪
Responsible find abnormality and tracking for the tooling
l 负责模具交接时的检查
Responsible check the tooling when the transfer
l 按工艺单要求的完成时间合理安排工作
According the required finish time of the process plan to arrange work plan
负责本责任区的每日卫生清扫工作及5S管理。Responsible for daily cleaning and 5S management for the responsible area.
l 服从组内工作安排，加班，倒班，出差。
Obey working arrangement, such as OT work, shift work and business trip.
l 负责完成上级领导安排的其他工作
Responsible for other work by the leader

岗位要求：
l 2年以上的工作经验。
At least2 years working experience.
l 视力1.0（矫正）以上，无色盲，嗅觉正常。
Eyesight is above 1.0 after correction, not color blind, anosmia.
有一定识图能力，具备3D软件基本操作Have ability to understand drawing
l 了解模具结构，熟练掌握模具装配，研配，调试以及后期优化。
l Know tooling structure, familiar with tooling assemble, die spotting skill.
l 了解ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001基础知识
Know basic knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 14001,ISO 45001.
l 具备磨床熟练操作水平。
Have basic ability to operate grinding machine, drilling machine, lathing machine and milling machine.
l 能进行倒班工作。
Can do shift work.
l 能出差。
Can go for business trip.
