The role requires solid academic background and practice experience, and close collaboration with business teams to provide full functions legal support.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provision of full functions legal services to CBU, including sales, distribution, assets transaction, marketing, procurement, logistic, M&A

• Provide legal support in the management of key disputes, litigation, crisis, consumer complaints, authorities investigation

• Legal analysis/advice to CBU to ensure business growth while keeping the possible risk controllable.

• Provide and implement guidelines for contract management, Competition Law, Anti-trust and Anti-bribery.

• Draft, review contracts and provide practical solution.

• Streamline and optimize company policy and process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 8 years Law firm and/or in-house experience, FMCG background is a plus

• Passed Chinese bar exam, LLM of a reputable law school is a plus

• Fluent English and Chinese, both in written and speaking

• Proficient in PPT, good at Word, Excel

• Strong communication skill

• Strategic thinking
