Key Responsibility:
- Category Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Work with cross-functional teams to align category strategies with overall business objectives.
- Budget and Investment Management
Allocate and manage trade spending and promotional budgets to achieve financial targets.
Provide financial analysis and ROI assessments to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Data Analysis and Insights
Utilize data analytics to identify market trends, consumer insights, and business opportunities.
Generate actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive category growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Foster strong partnerships with cross-function teams.
Ensure seamless execution of category strategies across functions.
Qualification, Knowledge & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Pharma or FMCG.
3. Experience in data analysis, trade spending management, and category management is preferred.
4. Strong analytical skills, data sensitivity, and logical thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
