Main Responsibilities:

1. Define sourcing strategy based on business needs and sourcing tools, optimize current sourcing and material management process.

2. Supplier relationship Management (SRM) to build strategic partner relationship for sustainable support: regular business reviews, supplier evaluation campaigns, etc.

3. Monitor and drive supplier performance improvement across quality, supply and service and ensure improvement action plans are in place and progressing for your scoped suppliers through x-function/site cooperation and global alignment.

4. Drive productivities, cash improvement and create value in category to fuel business growth through internal (cross functions stakeholders, site users and global wise) and external collaboration.

5. Lead category decarbonization program via driving supplier portfolio optimization following company sustainability vision.

6. Ensure category compliance to fundamentals (Sedex, Contracts, BCP, SOP etc.).

Requirements:

1. 3+ years in procurement/category management, preferably in packaging (Tin, labels, cartons, films).

2. Experienced in SRM, strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Agile to complex and/or the uncertainty, demonstrates energy, drive and enthusiasm when striving in accomplish and improve results.

4. Result-driven mindset, self-motivated & high learning agility.

5. Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with SAP systems, Power BI, bidding system experience are preferred.

6. Good in both spoken and written English.
