iOperation Accounting is a working partner of IKEA business units, aiming to provide efficient,
professional and quality-based accounting services, covering store sales reconciliation, bank
booking and reconciliation, payroll accounting, fixed assets, intercompany re-invoice, and
intercompany reconciliation, to the customers of RHA in order to support IKEA business
operation and growth.
Who are you
•You are a quick learner with good communication skills and time management skills
•You are good at oral and written English, and you have basic accounting/tax knowledge as well as good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
A day in your life at IKEA
•Be responsible for store daily sales and accounts receivable booking
•Reconcile store sales AR account on monthly basis, follow up and resolve outstanding items timely
•Be responsible for fixed assets accounting
•Be responsible for payroll accounting
•Be responsible for bank booking and perform bank accounts reconciliation on monthly basis
•Be responsible for inter-company rein voice and reconciliation
•Support other GL work for period closing
•Support finance or business projects and process improvement
•Other ad-hoc tasks
