Job Description
Responsible for on-site daily operations such as accounting, receiving, loading/unloading, system maintenance etc.
负责现场日常运营工作，如会计、收货、装卸、系统维护等。
Job Responsibilities
• Process and complete the operation system as per required, maintain the documents such as pick slip, delivery and POD etc based on internal SOP requests.
按照要求处理并完成操作系统，根据内部标准操作程序的要求维护诸如拣货单、交货单和签收单等文件。
• Handle daily transport transactions, coordinate with transportation company timely, tracking and tracing the in-transit orders.
处理日常运输事务，及时与运输公司协调，跟踪在途订单。
• Handle cargo packing, loading/unloading at site.
负责货物的包装以及现场的装卸工作。
• Regularly stock check as required, report and handle backlog of materials timely.
定期进行库存检查，及时上报并处理积压的物料问题。
• Strictly follow company policy and department operation guidelines, with cross-department coordination capabilities.
严格遵守公司政策和部门操作规范，并具备跨部门协作能力。
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree, majoring in logistics is good.
本科学历，物流学专业等。
• Minimum 1-3 years’ working experience, particularly in warehouse will be prefer.
1 - 3 年的工作经验，有仓库相关工作经验者将优先考虑。
Knowledge
• Basic English reading and writing skills, understand and use English version operating files and internal operating systems.
具备基础的英语阅读和写作能力，能够理解并使用英文版本的操作文件以及内部操作系统。
• The candidate who with forklift certificates is prefer.
有叉车操作证的候选人将优先考虑。
• Familiar with computer, excel, word and internal system handling requirement.
熟悉计算机、Excel、Word以及内部系统操作流程。
• Good learning and communication skills and teamwork attitude.
良好的学习与沟通能力以及团队合作精神。
