Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

· Responsible for operation and maintenance of E&M system in buildings

· Responsible for tenant operation management

· Manage the renovation works

· Assist the Technical Manager and/or the Assistant Technical Manager on the matters

· Manage the technicians & contractors on routine repair and maintenance work

· Manage the improvement and defect rectification works

· Handle enquiries on all technical related issues and prepare technical reports


Major Tasks & Activities:

· Control maintenance and operation of E&M system to bring the performance up to standard and in compliance with statutory regulations.

· Prepare annual maintenance plan and expenditure budget for E&M system.

· Review maintenance strategy, plan and manage preventive and proactive maintenance to ensure all systems and equipment in good condition.

· Identify and resolve problems, plan and implement improvements on E&M system.

· Review and prepare technical design drawings.

· Manage tenant decoration work, which involves reviewing
tenant design drawings, site work inspection, feasibility study, attending
communication conference with tenant.

· Manage operation work of tenant, which involves site
surveying, problem judgement and solution proposal on tenant’s E&M system
problems.

· Manage sustainable development work of tenant in
accordance with company’s policy, such as green kitchen, tenant energy audit.

· Coordinate with consultant, contractor and supervision company on the technical issues.

· Manage the project progress, safety and quality.

· Coordinate with the Government Department to get the related approval/agreement.


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines

· Minimum 5 years of design or maintenance experience in hotel or large scaled commercial buildings

· Excellent communication skills, ability to work with people at all levels

· Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese

· Good command of computer skills such as CAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, etc.
