Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
· Leading the delivery of the Interior Design of the project.
· Manage external consultants, architects,engineers to ensure the design is completed on time, with high quality and
within budget.
· Manage the Interior Design schedule and milestones in accordance of project overall design timeline.
· Assist construction team to make sure on-site implementation is in accordance with design requirement.
Major Tasks and Activities:
· Prepare Interior Design Brief; assist to prepare other Design Briefs.
· Prepare tender for design consultant. Assess tender documents and prepare tender reports.
· Review Interior Design and technical drawings. Assist to review drawings from other disciplines.
· Develop and manage the design schedules.
· Prepare presentation documents.
· Assess technical tender for main contractor/sub-contractors.
· conduct regular/daily site checks to assist construction team for on-site implementation of design & quality of work.
· Establish quality control procedure & its enforcement.
· Liaise with local authorities on matters related to approvals. Prepare relevant documents.
· Assess final account on related items.
· In-house planning/design.
· Any other duties assigned by the Team Leader.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
l Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or Interior Design or related disciplines.
l Minimum 10 years of related experience in Interior Design management, commercial complex project management experience is preferred.
l Strong team communication and collaboration skills, severe and diligent work attitude.
l Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline.
l Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English is preferred.
