Key Accountabilities
主要职责
 Prepare and delivery of samples according the information from NPD Engineer, mainly Sphere samples.
 Daily management of NPD lab, including lab cleanness、facility maintenance and arrangement、raw material preparation、rules update, sample cooking and delivery
 Work assignment of lab assistant
 Interact with business unit related functions to make sure the samples are delivered on time
 Training new NPD colleague about raw material preparation 、sample making and delivery
 Execute the tasks assigned by leader
 根据研发工程师的信息， 准备，制作并邮寄样品，主要是波波球类产品
 实验室的日常管理，包括实验室卫生、设备的维护和摆放、原料的准备、制度的建立，样品制作和邮寄
 实验室助理的工作分配
 相关部门的内部沟通以保证样品按时邮寄
 培训新来的研发同事如何准备原料、制作并邮寄样品
 执行领导交代的其他任务
Fundamental Requirements
基本要求
Education / Training: 教育\培训
 Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science, Chemical, Biology.
食品、化学、生物相关专业及本科或以上学历
Know-how / Professional Experience: 经验
 Strong internal and external communication skills, especially good communication skill with customers, excellent organization ability and logical thinking ability.
 Initiative, proactive,reliable,carefulness

Languages: 语言
 Fluent spoken and write in Chinese,
