General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales growth.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned existing accounts to ensure customer retention and business growth.

• Reach new and existing business sales KPIs and budget guidelines from the company.

• Constantly update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (Microsoft Dynamics)
及时更新CRM(客户关系管理)系统(Microsoft Dynamics)
Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
• New Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
新业务开发:研究和识别新的商业机会,包括新市场、增长领域、趋势、客户、产品和服务。
• Continuously build up a strong sales pipeline using (MSD) to meet sales growth and KPIs guided from the company.
使用Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) 不断建立强大的销售机会并加以管理,以实现公司指导的销售增长预期指标和各项考核指标。
• Engage in cold calling and customer engagement to increase leads and potential sales contacts.
投身于电话销售、参加同行和物流相关的展会以增加销售机会和潜在的客户联系方式。
• Customer Retention: Develop and implement customer retention to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
客户维系和保留:开发并维系好现有客户以确保高水平的客户满意度。
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring they receive high-quality service in close collaboration with operations internally.

• Business Expansion: Analyze assigned existing accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Work closely with the product teams to tailor offerings to meet the accounts needs and capitalize on expansion opportunities.

• Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with internal teams; including marketing, tender, products, branch and The Red Carpet Service team to align on business strategies and goals.

Qualifications
• College’s degree or higher (preferred related to business administration, marketing or a related field).
大学或更高学历(工商管理、市场营销或相关领域优先)。
• Sales development and/or freight forwarding experience is preferred – but not a must.
具有货代行业销售或业务开发工作经验者优先。
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
出色的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力,能够与一系列利益相关者有效互动。
• Ability and interest in identifying and develop new business opportunities.
具备识别和开发新商机的能力和兴趣。
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel in the assigned domestic region to meet business needs.
愿意根据客户会议和团队管理的需要出差(国内和海外)。
• Good English verbal, reading and writing communication skills.
良好的英语口语、阅读和写作沟通能力。
