工作职责:

Job Description:

1.负责进口相关单证的制作、管理及信用证审核；

Responsible for the production and management of import documents and the review of letters
of credit.

2.收集和整理各种单证，完成送货单、订单、提单核对等对单据的各项处理，并进行基础数据录入和归档；

Collecting and organizing various documents; complete the delivery note, order, bill of lading and other documents, and conduct basic data entry and filing.

3.跟踪每票货物的送货情况，统计核对相关数据；

Tracking the delivery of each batch of goods, and statistically checking relevant data.

4.及时准确与货代公司联系转运，送仓工作；

Timely and accurately contacting freight companies for transportation and warehousing.

5.与报关行，船公司沟通解决进口报关，运输，付款等相关的操作问题及各项突发情况；

Communicating with customs brokers and shipping companies to solve import declaration, transportation, payment and other operational problems and emergencies.

6.协助参与收付汇，外汇核销以及退税的跟踪；

Assisting in foreign exchange payment, account cancellation, and tax refund tracking.

7.与供应商沟通订货，跟进交期；

Communicating with suppliers to place orders and follow up on delivery dates.

8.部门领导交代的其他工作。

聘用要求:

Requirements:

1.大专及以上学历；

College degree or above.

2.英语四级，读写流畅；

CET-4 or above，fluent in reading and writing.

3.2年及以上采购或报关经验；

2 years or above experience in purchasing or customs declaration.

3.较好的沟通能力、有责任心、有较好的执行力；

Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility and good execution.

4. 具有良好的抗压能力。

With good ability to work under pressure.
