Job Description:
1. 根据销售团队战略和目标,制定并实施团队年度业务计划和团队管理计划,并领导实施以完成目标。 根据实际业务环境和情况,调整和沟通年度计划。
Formulate and implement team annual business plan and team management plan on a basis of sales team strategy and objectives and lead its implementation to accomplish the target.
Adjust and communication the annual plan based on the actual business environment
and situation.
2. 维护现有客户关系,培养战略客户,引进新客户,实现销售增长目标。开展销售活动,包括拜访客户,产品推广,拓展客户网络,拓展新销售线索的渠道。收集和分析客户反馈以提高服务质量,必要时处理客户投诉。
Maintain existing customer relationship, cultivate strategic account, introduce new customers to achieve sales growth
target.
Frequently conduct sales activities including customer visit, product promotion, expanding customers' network, and expand the pipeline of new sales leads.
Collect and analyze customers` feedback to improve the service quality, and handle customer complaint when necessary
3. 根据确定的年度预算控制预算和费用,带领团队做好收入、数量、GP、费用支出、AR回款、欠款/未开票等关键数据的管理、监控和完成。带领团队遵守公司有关合同准备/审核、法律条款设置、客户关系管理记录和信用控制的政策。
Control the budget and expense based on the finalized annual budget, and lead team to well manage, monitor and achieve the key figures including revenue, volume, GP, expense spending, AR collection, and outstanding credit / unbilled items.
Lead team to be compliance with company's policy regarding contract preparation / review, legal terms set, CRM records and credit control.
4. 根据目标/KPI监控销售团队成员的表现,评估团队的表现,并进行在职培训和指导,提高团队能力
Monitor sales team members performance in line with target / KPI. Evaluate team's performance and conduct on-job training and coaching for team to enhance capability.
5. 积极参与不同部门之间的协调,交换信息,协调任务,支持业务发展/销售活动,协助数据分析任务,解决问题和其他领导分配的任务。
Be positively involved in coordination among different parties to exchange information, get alignment on certain tasks, support business development / sales activities, assist data analytics tasks, solve problems and other assignments from leaders.
Job Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历,物流管理/国际贸易与经济/工商管理专业优先。
Bachelor-educated or above, with major of Logistics Management/International trade & economy/Business Administration is preferred.
2. 5年以上物流综合业务经验,2年以上领导工作经验。
Above 5 years’ logistics consolidation business experience and at least 2 years working experience in leadership.
3. 英语听说读写流利(CET-6优先),良好的管理能力和内外部客户的沟通能力。
English: fluent spoken and written English skills (CET-6 preferred).Good management skills. Well communication skill with internal & external customers.
4. 良好协调能力、领导能力、问题解决和改进意识。
Well coordination skills and leadership skills. Good sense of problems solving and improvement
