Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily production of aseptic biological drug products, ensuring that all products are manufactured in compliance with global cGMP requirements.

2. Responsible for customer project coordination and technology transfer, with the ability to propose rationalization suggestions and optimize process flow to reduce production risks.

3. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products.

4.Manage and train production staff to ensure that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their job duties.

5. Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements as needed.

6. Continuous improvement of human and material efficiency

7. Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated to ensure optimal performance.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all production activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.

9. Develop and maintain relationships with key ensure that all production activities are aligned with customer needs and expectations.

10. Ensure that all production activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor’s degree+ in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology) or equivalent experience.

2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DP production management role, preferably in the CDMO,pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

3.Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality systems.

4.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6.Good English skill is a plus
