Job description

This person will lead the finance team in Beijing and Langfang (Hebei) to support China business, report directly to Group CFO with dotted line to China General Manager. His/her responsibilities are including:

- Manage the financial operations of the company, which includes accounting, controlling and analysis, treasury and cash management, audit and tax, compliance and risk management, general purchasing;

- Set up and refine finance department’s policies, process and make sure they are in-line with group policy and local government requirement, ensure the implementation;

- Set up and train the team, supervise the daily operation, review team structure and improve finance operating and make sure financial data is correctly recorded and reported; ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted financial and auditing principles, ensure the targets and KPIs are achieved in time;

- Supervise and optimize tax operation in China;

- Support Group CFO better understand local finance performance, local tax regulation and requirement;

- Be good partner to the local management team to support continuous improvement of profitability of local site;

- Ensuring that investment calculations are done and are monitored to understand if targeted result is achieved.

The successful applicant

- The ideal candidate comes with bachelor or above degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field;

- Over 8 + years’ experience in finance department and 5+ years of experience managing a team of finance or accounting professionals with preferably exposure in equipment manufacturing industry, big four accounting firm working experience is a plus;

- Overseas education or experience working in international company is highly preferred;

- Fluent English in oral and written is essential as this person will engage with head quarter daily business meetings , communications and reports etc.;

- Work on all level from strategy to book-keeping tasks;

- Good communicator and fast learner in adapting to company culture.
