工作内容 Job Description:

按照公司要求寻找性价比足够竞争力的外部加工服务商；

According to company’s need to source
qualifed external cooperated manufacturers with competitive qualification and
quotation.

参与外协服务商的询价、比价、服务标准等分析工作，并向上级领导及时做出推荐；

Participate in the sourcing, negociating and
service comparing in cooperated manufacturers selection, and recommend to
supervisor in time.

跟进外协服务商的生产进度、交货期以及产品质量的监管，确保委托加工产品按时保质完成;

Keep supervising the producing
process,product-delivery date and production quafication and gurantee to get
qualified products from external cooperated manufacuter on time.

与相关人员对外协委托产品的收发数量进行监管，确保产品收发数据准确、清晰、有据可查；

Cooperating with related colleagues to
account and confirm the quantity of products from external manufactuers;
gurantee the data clear,precise and in tracking.

及时了解同类外协服务商的市场报价、工艺质量水平以保证外协委托加工成本的有效控制；

Understand the market quotation, technology
level from all kinds external manufacturers; taking efficient controlling in
the cost.

对外协委托服务商进行管理，对出现质量问题或延期交货的服务商进行相关的考核、处罚;定期对外协委托服务商进行评估；

Manage products and service quality of
external manufacturers; taking periodical evaluation,punishment on external
manufacturers.

与生产现场调度员、仓库管理员、采购人员以及其他相关岗位人员就外协委托价格产品的到货期、产品质量等问题，进行有效的协调与沟通；

Take efficient coordinating and communicating with interal coordinators, warehouse keeper,
buyer and other related colleagues about the delivery and quality of products
from external cooperated manufacturers.
