_ 负责公司设备的电器和机械维修工作，根据部门领导的安排，或者按维修单及时做好问题诊断与维修；

__按设备保养手册和设备说明书执行保养工作，并按规定计划定期实施保养工作；

To implement maintenance work in accordance with the equipment maintenance manual and equipment instructions, or equipment specified plan;

__根据库存情况提交备件采购申购表，协助设备维修班长进行备件的验收与外购备件计划的提交

To make spare parts purchase plan according to the inventory situation, and assist the equipment maintenance sift leader monitoring spare parts lead time and quality.

__指导操作工完成设备使用及简单保养工作；

Guide operators to complete the use and simple maintenance work on equipment;

__做好生产设备的日常巡视检查工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患；

To implement daily inspection on equipment and deal with hidden trouble in time.

__负责根据备件消耗情况提交降耗建议，并逐步降低所管区域备件消耗；

Ronsible for submitting Suggestions on reducing the consumption of spare parts.

__做好预防性保养、维护工作，降低设备停机工时及设备原因造成的质量不良：

In charge of preventive maintenance work, and to reduce the downtime of the equipment quality problems caused by equipment:

__负责对公司安全管理部门指出的设备安全隐患整改项进行持续整改，保证设备安全状态。

Responsible for continuous improvement on equipment safety issues .to ensure equipment safety status.

__对公司的水电暖等公用设施进行日常的巡检和以及简单故障的维修和调整。对办公区域的电器和设施简单故障进行必要的维修。

Repair and adjustment of the company's public facilities such as water, electricity and AC system.

__负责协助外协设备安装或维修人员的安装和维修工作，保证设备安装和维修工作的顺利实施。

To be responsible for assisting the installation and maintenance of external equipment suppliers.

__做好维护保养记录以及维修记录。

Make maintenance records.

__完成上级安派的其它任务。

To complete other tasks according to department leader.

任职要求：

有相关行业维修经验，有电工证优先。
