岗位职责
Responsibilities:
1.负责公司内部开发产品的测试及验证工作。
Responsible for the testing and validation of products developed within the company.
2.分析软件需求和设计，制定测试方案，编写测试用例，执行软件测试，分析和回归问题，编写测试报告。
Analyze software requirements and design, develop test plans, write test cases, perform software tests, analyze and regression problems, and write test reports.
3.管理软件的质量改进活动，与内外部合作伙伴沟通测试需求，更新测试方案。
Manage software quality improvement activities, communicate testing requirements with internal and external partners, and update test protocols.
4.根据用户需求，撰写功能设计和技术设计规范。
According to the URS, write functional design and technical design specifications.
5.定期回顾测试。
Review the test regularly.

任职资格
Qualifications:
1.熟悉软件测试V模型。
Familiarity with the Software Testing V model.

专业经验：
Professional experience:
1-2年工作经验。
1-2 years working experience.
从事过生命科学领域系统测试优先。
Engaged in system testing in the field of life sciences is preferred.
熟悉软件管理架构。
Familiarity with software management architecture.
具有良好的团队合作精神、沟通计划及汇报能力。
Good team spirit, communication planning and reporting skills.
