Key Responsibilities:

Ø Analyzes product specifications and clarifies product requirements and manufacturing aspects with accountable R&D, Engineering and/or Product Management.

Ø Provides detailed information on product specifications and on pieces and parts needed for product completion.

Ø Develops and calculates product modifications needed to increase efficiency of production and contributes to re-engineering.

Ø Plans equipment layout, tools and IT programs needed, and designs or contributes to design the manufacturing workflow. Cooperates in these aspects with other respective Engineers.

Ø Implement process FMEA analysis and define controls to mitigate the risk.

Ø Conducts New Product Introduction and SCM Transfer projects on site or unit level, and liaises with other engineering functions, external vendors or service providers.

Ø Manufacture production supporting, including assembly technical support, SOE maintain and update, trouble shooting, process validation and control, tooling development and maintain.

Ø Conducts drawing drafting tasks for the ECN and tooling

Required skills to have for the
success of this role

Ø Bachelor’s degree or up, major of mechanical engineer or similar Familiar with complex device or machine, experience on drafting is required.

Ø Familiar with SAP and product lifecycle management (PLM) platforms.

Ø Ability to interpret 3D CAD design models and 2D drawings and/or and detailed part specifications is important.

Ø Familiar with 2D/3D software like Solidworks, NX，Pro-E, Auto-CAD, Zuken etc..

Ø Experience in production transfer processes and localization Familiar with standards for good laboratory practices (GLP), good manufacturing practices (GMP) and/or good clinical practices (GCP)

Ø Good English, fluent of technical issue discussion with English

Ø Good teamwork and good communication with others and good self-learning skills

Ø High motivation on exploring new technologies
