岗位描述
· Testing, troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing Varian products.
· Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated.
· Administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
· Maintaining daily communication with customers and colleagues to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
· Occasional customer visits to build and maintain customer relationships
· May include training of customers on Cryo product.
· May take on additional responsibilities within local area as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, equivalent education or Associates Degree with 5 years’ experience servicing electronic equipment.
· Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
· Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
· Fluency (spoken and written) in English, possess intermediate math skills, fluent in computer skills.
· Experience working with SAP systems.
· Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner
· Mechanical, electrical engineering knowledge
· Good English oral and written communication skills.
· Knowledge of Varian products and services
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Knowledge/experience with hand and power tools
· Problem solving and troubleshooting ability
· Ability to read and understand mechanical and assembly drawings
· Knowledge/experience with basic schematics
