Ensures and guides processes and activities for sales operation team in order to effectively support sales teams in accordance to the company sales strategy and targets.
- Lead sales operation team to optimize process and tools to provide quality and timely sales support;
- Standardize operation process and rules to drive regional sales behavior changing.
- Develop, manage and improve sales operations related systems and policy;
- Collaborate with related stakeholders to collect, analyze sales data and generate sales management reports to enhance sales operation efficiency and resource management.
- Coordinate with the sales teams and distributors to ensure the fulfillment of client requests.
- Work with BP Management and BP Operation teams for cross-function projects assigned by Management.
- Build up professional sales operation team, develop staffs competence and
careers.
