We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: CTO Infrastructure
Principal responsibilities
1. Work within the Proxy Operations pod, covering some or all of: Agile development of Proxy associated Infrastructure/Services related products, 3rd level support of said products, technical documentation, verbal and written communication, financial management (under direction).
2. Design, build and deliver high quality technical engineering solutions on proxy platforms.
3. Be part of a team that performs sustainable continuous improvement, identifying and removing organizational barriers affecting the team, processes and products owned.
4. Maintain an agile mind-set by adopting the practices and processes identified as being required for our new engineering pods, leveraging agile delivery methods, associated frameworks (e.g., Lean) and Bank tools (e.g., JIRA) to do this.
5. Understand and follow the ITID strategy and vision and also the Product Management direction.
6. Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the team, focusing on automation, process improvement, how technology is best leveraged and technology shift opportunities.
