岗位职责：
1、负责新产品研发设计及2D/3D图纸制作与更新
new product R&D design and create/update 2D/3D drawings
2、跟踪市场技术趋势，制定产品技术路线图
Monitor market trends and define product technology roadmap
3、主导客户技术交流及可制造性设计(DFM)评审
Lead customer technical communication and DFM reviews
4、制定产品可靠性验证方案及测试计划
Develop product reliability verification plans
5、管理内外部工程变更及材料验证选型
Manage internal/external process changes and material selection
6、提供新产品转量产技术支持
Provide technical support for new product mass production
7、负责产品技术文档管理(图纸/规格书等)
Maintain product technical documentation (drawings/specs, etc.)
任职要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业
Bachelor's degree or above in STEM-related fields
2、5年以上光纤连接器件行业研发或设计经验
5+ years R&D/design experience in fiber optic connector industry
3、精通2D/3D工程图纸设计，精通主流工程设计软件
Proficient in 2D/3D engineering drawing design and expert in mainstream engineering design software
4、英语流利（CET-4或同等以上），能进行口语专业技术交流
Fluent English (CET-4 or equivalent) for professional technical communication in oral
5、具备严谨的工作态度、高度责任心及持续学习能力
Rigorous work ethic, strong sense of responsibility and continuous learning ability
6、能接受国内外短期出差
accept short-term business trips both domestically and internationally
