Responsibilities 主要职责:

职责一：日常工作的管理与执行Daily work management and execution

1、 全面管理实验室ISO17025和ISO17065质量体系日常运行，做好质量监督和质量控制工作；Fully manage the daily operation of ISO17025 and ISO17065 quality system, do quality supervision and quality control work well.

2、制定公司的质量控制计划，包括实验室间能力比对/能力验证、检测过程的控制、期间核查等活动，组织实施落实；Develop the company's quality control plan, including inter-laboratory capability comparison/proficiency testing, testing process control, intermediate checks and other activities, and organize the

implementation.

3、主持和协调好质量体系年度内部审核和管理评审，对审核出来的问题持续跟进、改善；Hosted over and coordinated the annual internal audit and management review of the quality system, and continuously followed up and improved the problems arising from the audit.

4、推动内部质量改进，不断完善质量体系；Promote internal quality improvement and constantly improve the quality system.

5、负责抽查实验室检测报告及数据，实施质量监督，发现问题并督促改进问题；

Responsible for spot checking laboratory test reports and data, implementing quality supervision, finding problems and urging improvement.

6、负责质量部之人员管理及安全管理工作，组织实施实验室5S检查，改善实验室工作环境，完成公司制定的质量目标；Responsible for the personnel management and safety management of quality department, organize the implementation of laboratory 5S inspection, improve the laboratory working environment, and complete the quality objectives set by the company.

7、负责实验室CNAS、CMA、A2LA等资质能力申请、标准变更及扩项等；

Responsible for laboratory CNAS, CMA, A2LA and other qualification ability application, standard change and expansion

8、做好公司内、外部检查评审沟通协调工作，配合行政管理部门的监督检查；

Do a good job of internal and external inspection and review communication and coordination, and cooperate with the supervision and inspection of administrative departments.

9、完成上级领导安排的其它工作。Complete other tasks assigned by

superiors.

职责二：异常处理Exception handling

1、 处理解决各类突发质量事项、异常问题；Handle and solve all kinds of sudden quality matters and abnormal problems;

2、 处理好客户质量投诉情况，及后续跟踪处理结果；handle customer quality complaints, and follow-up processing results;

3、 检查本部门日常工作的完成进度及异常情况，帮助分析处理；

Check the progress of daily work of the department and abnormal situations, and help analyze and deal with them.

职责三：培训及监督Training and supervision

1、 跟踪实验室人员的日常培训工作，培训、考核跟踪落实;

Tracked the daily training of laboratory personnel, followed up the implementation of training and assessment;

2、 跟进实验室安全教育工作，严格执行安全作业标准，确保无安全事故发生;

Follow up the laboratory safety education work, strictly implement the safety operation standards, and ensure that no safety accidents occur;

3、 负责实验室的监督管理和质量控制;Responsible for laboratory supervision and quality control.

Qualification(Education/Training, Experience/Background, Skills and
other requirements)

任职资格（教育背景、培训、工作经验、技能以及其他要求）

1、大学本科及以上学历，CET-4级及以上，有一定的英语口语表达能力，电学类（包括强电和弱电）相关专业；Bachelor degree or above, CET-4 or above, have certain oral English ability, electrical (including strong electricity and weak electricity) related major;

2、五年及以上实验室质量管理工作经验，熟悉ISO17025管理体系，如熟悉ISO17065体系者优先；5 years or above laboratory quality management experience, familiar with ISO17025 management system, such as familiar with ISO17065 system is preferred;

3、有丰富的CNAS、CMA和A2LA现场评审经验；Rich experience in CNAS, CMA and A2LA on-site review;

4、能配合好地方政府各种监督检查，具有较强的沟通能力；Able to cooperate with local government supervision and inspection, with strong communication skills;

5、有组织协调能力及团队合作精神，有较强的抗压精神。Have organization and coordination ability and team work spirit, have a strong spirit of working under pressure.
