4. 积极收集市场及产品反馈信息，支持公司产品销售战略

Collect marketing and products information, support the sales strategy of product.

5. 与其他部门同事密切合作，配合完成如客户满意度调查、技术沟通、投诉处理、售后服务等工作

Cooperate & supporting colleague to perform customer satisfaction survey, technical communication, customer complain or after sales service responsibilities.
