工作职责：
1.熟悉公司产品，分析所负责的海外（欧洲）国家市场，跟踪市场变化，提供市场和竞争对手信息反馈。
Familiarize with the company's products, analyze the market of overseas countries under your responsibility, keep track of market changes, and provide feedback on market and competitor information.
2.开发和拜访国外客户，进行电子邮件营销，促进订单下达，跟进订单直至发货后全额付款，实现公司的销售目标。
Develop and visit foreign clients, conduct email marketing, facilitate order placement, follow up on orders until full payment after shipment, and achieve the company's sales targets.
3.参加国内外展览，在终端进行产品推广，建立并逐步优化销售渠道，维护专家关系。
Participate in domestic and international exhibitions, engage in product promotion at terminals, establish and gradually optimize sales channels, and maintain expert relationships.
4.培训海外代理商，协助制定相关销售计划和营销策略。
Train overseas agents, assist in formulating relevant sales plans and marketing strategies.
5.策划和制定海外沟通内容，组织和管理相关材料。
Plan and develop overseas communication content, organize and manage related materials.
6.独立完成英文新闻稿、视频脚本和其他沟通材料，并参与策划提案。
Independently complete English press releases, video scripts, and other communication materials, and participate in planning proposals.
7.接待来访客户，参加海外展览，维护。
Receive visiting clients, attend overseas exhibitions, maintain
任职资格：
1. 本科英文、生物、医学、贸易等相关本科及以上学历；
Bachelor's degree or above in English, biology, medicine, trade or related fields;
2. 医疗类海外贸易岗位经验优先；
Experience in medical overseas trade positions is preferred;
3. 熟悉海外文化和国际新闻传播规则优先；
Familiarity with overseas culture and international news dissemination rules is preferred；
4. 1-2年医疗行业海外销售工作经验，IVD医疗设备行业经验优先；
1-2 years of overseas sales experience in the medical industry, with priority given to experience in the IVD medical equipment industry；
5.有团队精神，思维清晰，具有强烈的工作主动性，遇到问题及时向上级汇报/沟通；
Have team spirit, clear thinking, strong work initiative, and report/communicate problems to superiors in a timely manner;
6. 抗压能力强，如有需要，配合海外客户时区调整工作时间，并且适应出差。
Strong ability to withstand pressure. If necessary, adjust working hours in accordance with overseas clients' time zones and adapt to business trips.
备注：不需要坐班，可base 广州或者广州周边城市。
