岗位职责:
1)在线跟进产品工艺和处理日常异常；
Online follow up product process and deal with daily issue
2)新产品开发生产制造流程的设计以及文件制订和发行,同时完成工艺参数的验证和定义；
Work out process flow and work instruction in each NPI phase and complete related parameter for product manufacturing;
3)跟进并分析产品在制过程的问题，提出临时和长期改善方法以满足生产计划和良率要求；
Follow up all failure founded in production and have short/long-term solution to meet build plan and yield target;
4)编写作业指导书和更新制程参数；
Edit SOP and update process parameter timely.
5)协助高级工程师导入新产品，试产跟进；
Assisting Sr. Engineer for NPI, trail run, DOE
6)分析不良品及良率的提升；
Analysis of defective products and improvement of yield
7)产品信息追踪系统的设定和维护；
Setup and maintenance of product information tracking system
8)工装夹具的制订，维护保养。
Production fixture and small tool buyoff and maintenance.
任职要求:
任职资格
1)大专及以上学历
College school or above;
2)三年以上组装制造工艺经验；
Have three years FATP working experience;
3)熟悉组装的相关生产流程管控，以及在线不良产品分析能力；
Familiar with assembly related production process control, as well as online defective analysis ability;
4)熟悉试产和量产流程；
familiar with the NPI phase and MP phase process;
5)熟悉点胶工艺者优先考虑；
Familiar with glue dispensing is preferred;
6)良好的英语听说读写能力。
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
