岗位职责:
1. Daily support for Global planning systems.
2. Provide technical on-call service for daily batch incidents in the planning system.
任职要求:
1. Proficient in one of C#, .NET Core, Angular, and good with JavaScript.
2. Proficient in DB, such as SQL, and familiar with middleware like SSIS, SSMS, RabbitMQ, etc.
3. Collaborate with the SAP team for planning-related support.
4. Strong communication skills for guiding users, following up on requests, and resolving issues with high SLA and accuracy.
5. Basic English reading and writing skills required, good spoken English preferred.
